Standard/Exclusive/Unique Usage Rights to Website Templates

Template is to be used for one domain only – Additional domains require repurchase. If client has purchased exclusive or unique rights, subsequent purchases of the same template/s shall be charged at the standard usage cost. Additional domains allowed need to be only within the client company's infrastructure – cannot be resold to third party or used on affiliate websites.

Standard Usage License shall be defined as meaning that the purchaser of the standard usage license to the website/template acknowledges and understands that the purchased template will continue to be offered by Vautour Design Studio to subsequent clients until such time as Vautour Design Studio sees fit to remove from offerings or if purchased by subsequent party under the exclusive usage license.

If template is purchased by a subsequent party under an exclusive client license, client will have the right to continue using template but will not be able to purchase additional licenses for template. Template is to be used for one domain only – Additional domains require repurchase. Client may not edit the template and subsequently sell/distribute it in any way.

Exclusive Usage License shall be defined as meaning that the purchaser of the exclusive usage license to the website/template shall be the last entity who will be permitted to purchase the template in question. Vautour Design Studio shall retain an archive copy of the template remove it from VDS offerings once payment is received.

Pre-existing clients already using template shall continue to do so. Template is to be used for one domain only – Additional domains require repurchase. Client may not edit the template and subsequently sell/distribute it in any way.

Unique Usage License shall be defined as meaning that the purchaser of the unique usage license to the website/template shall be the only entity who will be permitted to purchase the template in question. Vautour Design Studio shall retain an archive copy of the template remove it from VDS offerings once payment is received.
